The Lemon Detox is a simple way of obtaining a healthier, cleaner being, allowing the body to cleanse itself naturally of accumulated toxins. The benefits include; increased energy and vitality, clearer skin, better digestion and weight loss if overweight.

try something different each week. You may find a new passion in something you would never normally try. One good way to get variety is to eat the fruit and vegetables that are in season.
