The Cumberland HotelOne of London’s largest hotels, The Cumberland offers a central location perfect for business and pleasure. The hotel boasts 1,019 individually styled rooms, suites and apartments and in addition has 26 meeting rooms. For extra privacy the meeting rooms have been grouped into three themed zones with their own dedicated break out areas. The bedrooms contain unique works of art, luxurious beds and beautifully appointed bathrooms, together with plasma screen televisions. A number of rooms have views out over Marble Arch and Hyde Park. Placing Current File Name In The Footer

Want put the file name at the bottom of your document in the lower-left corner, the way it appears in solicitors’ documents?

You can write a macro to insert the text. To write the macro, run Word and press F11 to open the VBA editor. If you don’t currently have any modules, click Normal and choose Insert, Module.

Creating Small Documents In Word

Have you ever needed to work with small documents in Word? Say a brochure, or a card? Let’s say that your organisation needs some tickets for a show you’re putting on. You can use Word to generate them if you like.

To walk through the procedure, let’s assume that the tickets will be 2 inches by 4 inches. You want to enter the name of the show, the date and time, and the location. The best way to handle this job is to use Word labels. Choose Tools, Envelopes and Labels. When the Envelopes and Labels dialog box opens, click the Labels tab.
